Qap Criteria is Australian-operated software. It is not an official government product and is not presented as sponsored, endorsed, approved by or affiliated with an employer, recruitment body or other organisation merely because a user is preparing an application for that organisation.
Brand status
Domain ownership and business-name registration are not presented as registered trade mark protection. Qap Criteria does not use the ® symbol.
