QAP CRITERIA — A QAPABLE PRODUCT.
Selection criteria, answered in your own words
Qap Criteria is an Australian application for drafting responses to selection criteria, capability statements and cover letters. It runs on your own device, and the position description you paste and the evidence you write stay there.
What it does
- Reads a position description and your own career material — PDF, Word, text, Markdown, RTF, or a screenshot read on the device.
- Pulls the selection criteria out into one workspace, so each one can be answered separately.
- Helps you capture a real example in STAR form, and shows you where an answer still has no evidence behind it.
- Drafts in Australian English, to a conservative length, in a professional tone you choose.
- Lets you edit every response, re-draft a single one, and reuse the same evidence for a cover letter.
- Exports Word, PDF and a complete application pack, or copies text ready for an application portal.
What it does not do
- It does not verify your claims, assess you, or make a recruitment decision.
- It does not guarantee an interview or any other outcome.
- It does not invent qualifications, employers, dates, achievements or references, and it asks you to remove anything it cannot support.
- It does not send your application content anywhere. There is no account to create, no analytics, no advertising, and no remote AI service behind it.
- It is not affiliated with any employer, recruiter or government body, and it has no official standing.
Where your work is kept
Everything you type and every document you import is held on your own device and is never uploaded by the app. You choose when to export a file and where it goes. You can delete saved applications yourself; Support & Data Deletion explains how.
