Appropriate use
Enter only information reasonably connected with a legitimate job application, such as a position description, career history, skills, achievements and truthful STAR evidence. Follow the employer’s instructions and disclose assistance if required.
Do not enter or request
- invented, forged, exaggerated or misleading experience, qualifications, references, achievements or metrics;
- malware, active-code markup, instructions to bypass safeguards, credentials, private keys, access tokens or passwords;
- illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or abusive material unrelated to a legitimate role requirement;
- identity documents, financial information, health details, referee contacts or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for drafting;
- confidential or copyrighted material you do not have authority to use; or
- bulk spam, scraping, automated abuse, interference with availability or attempts to impersonate Qap Criteria, Qapable or Hexosys Pty Ltd.
Local safeguards and their limits
The app performs limited on-device relevance and content checks and may pause saving, generation or export when it identifies a clear issue. Imported text is treated as untrusted text and is not executed. These safeguards cannot understand every context, prove that material is lawful or accurate, or replace your review.
No routine content monitoring
This release does not send application content to Hexosys and has no administrator view of local drafts. Hexosys therefore does not routinely review what users type. Ordinary hosting security records may still be used to prevent technical abuse of the public service.
Action where misuse affects the service
Hexosys may restrict access to protect users, the service, its brands or other people where technical evidence shows abuse, unlawful conduct or material security risk. This does not create a promise to monitor local application content.
