Qapable and Qap Criteria branding
The Qapable and Qap Criteria names, logos, product relationships and related visual identity are brand assets used by Hexosys Pty Ltd. Do not copy, modify, register, impersonate or use them in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or ownership without written permission.
Domain ownership and business-name registration are not represented as registered trade mark protection. The QAPCRITERIA word-mark decision remains deferred pending market validation — not a launch blocker. The ® symbol is not used. Any limited use of ™ is a notice of a claimed mark, not a statement that registration or enforceable rights have been established.
Your application material
You retain your rights in material you provide and remain responsible for having permission to use it. Qap Criteria processes that material locally to provide the functions you request. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may edit and use the documents the app prepares for your own legitimate application.
Third-party material
Employer position descriptions, imported documents, fonts, file formats, platform names and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights. References identify compatibility or source context and do not imply endorsement.
Reporting suspected misuse
Use the support mailbox with the subject prefix [Brand]. Identify the affected name, logo, URL or material and explain the concern. Do not attach confidential application content.
