Terms of Use
Permitted use
You may use the app to prepare your own application or an application you are authorised to assist with. The separate Acceptable Use rules form part of these terms. Do not upload material you have no right to use, attempt to bypass safeguards, introduce malicious files, scrape the service, misrepresent qualifications or use generated text dishonestly.
Drafting support only
Outputs are suggestions, not verified facts, recruitment advice, legal advice or a guarantee of interview or employment. The whole-document counter is a drafting aid and may differ from a receiving system’s counting rules. Review the exported file, source material, employer limit and instructions, accuracy, tone and evidence before submission. Remove invented, exaggerated or unsupported claims.
Your material
You retain your rights in content you provide. You are responsible for having permission to use it. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may edit and use the output for your legitimate application. Qapable and Qap Criteria branding, software and templates remain protected as described in the Brand & Intellectual Property Notice.
Product feedback
If you choose to send product feedback, do not include confidential information, application material or unnecessary personal information. You permit Hexosys to use that feedback to evaluate and improve Qap Criteria. The app does not send feedback automatically and routes it to the single support mailbox using a subject category.
Local storage and availability
This release stores drafts only on your device: one temporary recovery copy is maintained while you work, and named drafts are stored when you save. You are responsible for exporting and backing up important work. Clearing browser data, changing device or browser failure may remove drafts. The preview may change or be unavailable.
Operator and payment status
The operator is HEXOSYS PTY LTD (ABN 54 619 222 776). Qap Criteria is free and does not accept payment. The first planned paid offer is Australia-only. Any future paid checkout must show the final total price, currency, tax treatment, duration, inclusions and refund information before purchase.
Liability and Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as a drafting tool and Hexosys Pty Ltd is not responsible for recruitment decisions, missed deadlines or losses caused by relying on unchecked output.
Changes
If these terms materially change, the app will require acceptance of the new version. The laws of Australia and any applicable state or territory laws apply.
